Lovely gesture and lovely work. You are absolutely right about how good life would be if we were all on the autism spectrum because, as part of my contract and at my request, I worked with Special Needs students, many autistic, and they were wonderful people, happy, honest and loving. My time with those students was hard work but it was the most rewarding work of the week and I really looked forward to those classes. Retirement happened suddenly and I miss all my students but, when I think of my Special Needs students, I feel I have lost something very valuable and important. Best Wishes, Brendan.

i am somewhat an functional autist and i have to inform you, people on the spectrum are not all the same and espacialy in adulthood it's hard as people expect thing sfrom you and don't tell you so you have not a clue what they want. also people getting emotional for no reason is realy realy tiring. also in theory everyone is on the spectrum ut authists are on the one extreme end. borderline people ar eprobably at the other end but i am not sure about this assumption.

I love both this project and the story behind it. As a quilter, I find some quilts are easier to design when there's someone special to receive them, though just playing with color, texture, shape and contrast is sometimes fun, too. Very well done, and thanks for sharing your work.

I admire what you have done, both the dino egg and the fact you are doing it for Noah. I am a teacher and I have a student with severe case of autism. I can't get to him, and it breaks my heart. But his smile, although rare, is a ray of sunshine. And his hug, the most precious thing in the world. Big reapect to all the parents who have kids with autism, and the biggest hug to these wonderful children!!

this makes me soo happy my brother Asperger and people don't understand what its like for them they are kind people and they just need a little more help then us but when they find there nitch they are better than all of us and there chosen subject. So to see some people like you who understands and by doing this probably made this kid so happy that us without something that makes us special like Noah cant understand. so thank you on behave of use you understand and love someone you has to go through this.
