Draft changed a bit. Had to add ballast up front. Back is fine because of all the solar panels and hard top. No more room for batteries unless I take out the forward ballast and/or the washing machine. Overall now the boat is the same weight as it was with fuel and engines.

With the motor swap did the draft of the boat change? Can you add two more battery Banks to extend the range a bit more?

I would love to know what is the head height of your boat and how did you go about converting it to electric

Donald, head height? Do you mean air draft, height above water? How I converted it is in some early videos. Hardest part was getting the diesel motors out and transmission and fuel tanks. Then clean up the engine room, not fun, then epoxy paint it all. Then source electric motors and batteries. All very fun, but very hard.
