Nice well kept property shaun thanks for the tour! but all I see at 70 years of age is work ÷ie painting- pool maintenance- cleaning and general maintenance. But I'm just a miserable old git who's passed there sell by date 😂😂😂

Lot of money for this, you need a good income to pay the bills too. Around 40 years ago l nearly bought here off plan, very cheap but some villas not well built this one looks old and has just been upgraded. Great for people looking for better temperatures than the Costa Blanca.
