how to unlock the gun?

The gun can be unlock after u reach LVL 5 at KIBA ARMS.

@@VooDooZg when u reach lvl 4 u only need to make 65k more for lvl 5. And is not that hard because u will get Rare and Legendary contracts.

@@VooDooZg each contract gives you around half of what it shows you, I calculated, 2500-1250, 3700-1850, 5000-2500, it's not really that perfect, but as an idea
