I’m pretty sure it’s cause of the animation pipeline, originally the pilot took and entire year to make cause they had a smaller budget, had to model and rig every character and prop, cast voice actors, do the storyboards animate and add the finishing touches, all with a smaller crew as well. The next episode had a bigger budget, bigger crew, lots of models existed, and the script was already finished, and while it was being animated the storyboarders, voice actors and modellers *already* got to work on the 3rd and 4th episode, it’s a really cool system and it’s not a stretch to assume all of the storyboards and voicing is already finished for the main series, so less time has to be put in for each episode as the riggers animators and such don’t have to wait to receive the voicing with the storyboards. Animation is already probably up to episode 5 maybe even 6, so episodes get released quicker not because they’re rushed, simply because the animation pipeline allows the episodes to be produced in a time efficient manner! If you live on another countrystate, you will have quite different time, especially if we take fact into account that there're lot of countries from which TADC fans watch episodes :')
