The original Sprite/Midget was a very lightweight car. By the late 1970's the MG Midget had become heavier with reinforced features and rubber bumpers. As a result, the front suspension was "taxed to the max."
The Midget A Arm needs to be kept well lubricated and maintained to prevent damage. John Twist removes the fulcrum pin and king pin and explains how they work. With "judicious use of a torch" the parts can be separated, inspected, and reassembled.
