I've listened to a few debates now and I'm impressed with all the major candidates. In my opinion Mike ter Maat is the most experienced, qualified and electable of the group, and he has my support. But I'm favorably impressed with all of them. It's a great time to be a Libertarian!

I actually enjoyed listening to Mike Ter Maat+Chase Oliver+Lars Mapsteads 's testimony. All 3 did phenomenal as well as getting a vote from me. The rest did a wonderful job too.

Firstly, Dan, you did a great job on this. Speaking on charisma... Trump changed the game. If you believe that the populace has any effect on this dog and pony show we call government, then you also have to accept the fact that the run for president is a popularity contest. Think about which one of these guys could go toe-to-toe with Trump... I'll leave it at that. In regards to libertarians in culture, Eric July, Dave Smith, Jack Casey, Rothmus, these are all people producing some form of entertainment and contributing to the culture. If people stopped disregarding pop culture like conservatives and actually supported creatives, maybe a bigger impact could be had.

I've watched three of these debates, and Mike ter Maat is Far And Away the most impressive candidate the LP has this year. I will knock on doors for this guy proudly. Out of the rest, a couple have some integrity, and most are firebrands that will not influence the general public in any way.
