why does moving 10% or 100% of army has little effect when you facing someone with equal amount of troops opponent? like if someone with 10 000 army attack with all 100% vs opponent of 12 000 - it has almost no difference, but lose entire army. It should have taken around 50% of the land and should have killed -10000 troops of 12000.

I played this silly online simultaneous risk game in like 2008 and won a couple games. This does seem similar. I really enjoyed the Warcraft 3 and Starcraft 2 Risk custom games, full lobbies were tons of fun. Then blizzard ruined it with reforged

How do you get the troop count to appear so big on each territory? Everyone always says it's in the settings but I can never find it. Could anyone be specific?
