I believe that her addiction has triggered her mental health issues and that triggers her anger when anyone mentions her son. But her rambling and aggressive behavior is a telltale sign that she needs meds and also extensive mental therapy. She’s a very broken woman with severe anxiety disorder which leads her to lash out at people. She needs help before she loses her life on those streets.
