Where do I download or find the diagnostic tool? I feel like I've searched everywhere and can't find the IP address for my label printer

When you click scan, usually, the WiFi list shown in the video will appear below, then click the WiFi connection to the computer, then enter the WiFi password, and finally click connect. @@vrettiprinter I have similar problem with above things. I used desktop with wifi USB port. Can't use it with desktop? Also I use Macbook Air and installed with Barcode printer tool. But it cannot find printer. Is it connect with USB to Macbook Air first?? Please check it.

You need to extract all of the files from the zip file, so that the .exe can find the en_GB folder. Double-clicking the .exe from inside the zip file (like shown in the video) probably won't work.
