Thanks for your comment. You said that you can't search the network by clicking scan. Please make sure you have performed the following steps: 1. Connect the printer and computer with a USB cable 2. Make sure the printer is turned on 3. Make sure your computer is connected to WiFi 4. When using the diagnostic tool, the Printer status will show a green light status, and if it shows a red light status, an error message will usually pop up. 5. Make sure that you have purchased a USB+WiFi version of the printer. If you purchased a non-USB+WiFi version of the printer, it does not have WiFi function and cannot be used. there was no u disc just a plastic bag with a zip drive marked vretti so I assume that is the diagnostic tool? so what step is first that or download the driver?

First, download the driver, and then install the driver. If you can print normally after installing the driver, you don't need to use the diagnostic tool.

where can I get the windows wifi driver? none of the windows drivers have the wifi option!

We don't have any specific drivers for WiFi. The drivers for all Windows labelers use the same driver. @@vrettiprinter for the love of God what is a U disc. Iknow how to download the driver. and for the fifth time the driver does not have a wifi or bluetooth option. I have tried every damn driver the webstite has for windowns. and Yeas I have the wifi usb printer.

I cannot get the diagnostic screen to show up after installing the driver to finish setting it up for wireless printing. dont but this product the customer service for set up is non existent, unless you want to spend hours trying to get someone to understand the driver setup screen I see and what they say they see or have is not the same and waste hours upon hours of wasted time you could have been working and making money in your business. this company has no clue that selling outside of china requires tech support here that is reachable so we dont just send all of theire printers back for being impossible to set up as advertised. this is an impossible task.

@@vrettiprinter there are no instructions to do so gee if only I knew where to start i could. the box came with a piece fo paper that talks about it as if it starts after its installed. how the helll do I even find the diagnostic tool or the icon on the home screen for the printer on the home screen if the software doesnt load? or where the hell are the istructions for this model that are actually complete?

@@vrettiprinter if any of that worked I wouldnt be losing my stuff, but nothing loads except the driver and thats it. I never get to the part of the driver loading where I choose wifi either because its not part of the driver or the driver is no good. where is you tech support?
