I literally got my first ever PSA submission back last week, I sent off 8 of my childhood cards, just to keep them sealed forever! Boy was I not prepared for that wait. July 2020 I sent them off for grading haha! The grades aren’t high but I’m over the moon to have them encased forever!

Yeah it's not even worth it anymore. Paying more to grade it than the card can sell for on eBay is a huge problem.

I never got any of my cards graded for 4 reasons 1. I live in a different continent, 2. I’m not really that rich, 3. And they take a lot of time, 4. Shipping will cost a lot in my country. (Btw: keep up the great work PokéRev, really like your content :)

Thanks for making these videos, I definitely don’t speak for everyone, but I’ve been opening less Pokémon cards since they have gotten more expensive over the years, and your channel is a way for me to experience the thrill of opening pack (both old and new school) again! I’ve only graded through BGS, i had a CP Shiny V, it got the gold label 9.5. So i was pretty stoked. 😁

Is BGS as good as PSA? I always see PSA but BGS seems a-lot cheaper and easier.

@@rylan3568 It's harder to get a 10. But it's cool that they show scores for everything unlike psa. A 9.5 will get you a psa 10 most likely.

@@rylan3568 Best of luck, I think people prefer psa because it's easier to get a 10. Having a gem mint 10 means more value. But I like the gold and black labels from bgs.

Love graded cards! Man that Blaine's Charizard is absolutely amazing. I would love to get some of my modern zards graded but I am very paticular with my cards and don't want to take the chance of them getting lost or thrown over a hill by FedEx....I just wasnt some classic cards added to me collection.

I have been for a while on if I want to grade any cards, i collect more that just pokemon so it would be really nice to have those few that are just presented in a nice slab but I also am unsure if I'd rather keep them with their sets in my binders like I do now. The presentation is so nice with all the cards together but that extra grading protection would also be nice especially if I decide to sell them.

Thinking about getting cards graded by local Tree Frog Grading, as PSA is way to expensive! Would be a dream to finally see and hold (in-person), a PSA-graded card heh! Love the videos man!

I've never had my cards graded but I have some graded cards of my own. My favourite that's already been sent to me is the PSA 8 Shining Mew, but my greatest one is the PSA 7 Rayquaza SL10 from Call Of Legends. It's just insane, cannot wait for it to get to my place!

We tried to just send in a couple from a pristine collection we got from a friend of base set/jungle/fossil/team rocket cards. CGC realllly grades tough. It came back in a decent amount of time, but man, we will need to eventually send to PSA for a regrade.

I graded a Vivid Voltage Pikachu Vmax and V with BGS, came back a gold pristine 10 with a 9.5 corner sub, slab was a beauty. Recently sold it to send in some higher value cards!

Waited literally 16 months for my 1st edition, base set cards you opened on the channel back in April 2020. Obviously mint out of the pack. 1 out of 10 submitted was a 10, rest 9s. Really disappointing, especially bc a few were absolutely perfect.

Grading is the most arbitrary load of horse shit I have ever seen. Grades are all over the place and it really comes down to if your grader that day had a good nights sleep, had breakfast, coffee, and maybe a special “gift” from their spouse.

Sent my first 8 cards to psa on feb 2021 right before the big price change, but the cards arrived late, so i made a deal with psa, so they made my order bit cheaper then the actual price, cause my cards were already sent before they changed their prices. im so hyped and still waiting for my cards to return :)

So to be very honest, i want to grade my cards but in Europe the grading company's are not that amazing. Only Ace Grading looks really cool but thats UK only... So i have bought graded card but hope to one day grade some of my older cards! :) Also PSA or Beckett asks 150$ per card for the moment and that is way to expensive in my opinion. Just recently got my first set of graded cards back from CGC and PSA. I was mostly disappointed with the grades I got from CGC. I wasn’t expecting 10s or anything, but a few I expected around 9.5 and the highest I got was a 9…PSA was the opposite. I got at or above what I expected for every card. 7/16 were 10s and the other 9 were 9s

I haven’t gotten Pokémon cards graded but I have gotten a Yu-Gi-Oh card graded. I bought a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh cards on eBay and it had a sealed Dark Paladin DMG-001. I sent it off to PSA and it got a 10 gem mint grade.
