You guys making cassettes makes me want to make some tapes for the original recordings I did. That is what I did them on and that is how they should be heard. Thanks for talking about this.

Do it up, Mike. That sounds like the perfect way to release your material. Let us know if you have any questions beyond the scope of the series. Cheers, Mike. Hope you're doing well!

@@424Recording I used to secure and conduct my own phone interviews with people like Mick Rock and Danny Lyon that are famous photographers. So watching your video game me the idea to now work on a CASSETTE ZINE box consisting of 3 interviews which would destroy that headache of transcribing and editing on paper.

Hi Mike. Thanks for doing this series. I learned a lot. One thing I'd like to mention though... Not all post offices in the U.S. and abroad are equipped with modern scanning equipment. Some older scanners can damage/erase content on tapes(and floppy discs too). Having worked for several AV companies in the past, we ALWAYS marked packaging with cassette tapes and such as "MAGNETIC MEDIA" in bold contrasting red and white. That lets postal workers know NOT to scan with magnetic resonance scanners. Otherwise, you might end up shipping blank tapes to your customers. Some postal workers are young enough that they wouldn't even think of that, so labeling as "MAGNETIC MEDIA" is a good practice. We had sticker labels, but a red sharpie works as well. Stay well and take care friend.
