And once again a huge THANK YOU to Emmett J. Scanlan for such an epic and mesmerizing performance. That man is an acting God! I would love to see him on stage or/and more often on small and big screen!

The thing about Kieron Richardson, is his amazing ability to express heart felt emotions. This I believe is why the writers keep him in such difficult and stressful times. There's just no one else who can pull at your heart strings like Kieron can. Its one of the reason I think they eventually signed him on full time to the show. He has been so able to create such amazing emotions like none other. I really do hate the fact that they keep Ste life in such pain. They never let him go long without him experiencing some form of pain and suffering. Its to those emotions that Kieron is so effective at relaying so well. If you want a good cry, watch a Kieron scene. I'm a big Kieron fan, always have, always will. I'm really wishing that the writers would start bringing some real joy and happiness to his life. He really needs a break from all the constant hardship. If its not one thing, it another, they just keep throwing stuff at him. I ask myself often, whats holding this man up? How much more pain can this man take? I just don't understand it. I've been watching Kieron's story line since day one. Its been hardship all the way through. The boy went through hell in the early days when he lost Amy. He even tried to kill himself. Its was the viewers that wanted him back, after his first brief contract. The moment his face hit the screen, young Kieron captured the hearts of the viewers instantly. Boy was he a skinny kid back then. Handsome as hell. I'm really proud of Kieron. Its been eight year's now and he's still a strong character. I know everyone has their favorite character. But I can confidently say, this show wont be the same without Kieron Richardson. The day he leaves, I'm done with this show.

I agree with my whole heart with you on this one. Preach! I honestly feel this was one of the most powerful episodes I have ever watched. It's about a powerful story, well told. and today,for the first time in weeks they got it exactly right....let's hope they can keep it to this level. Ste and Brendan's silent pain and despair hit me like a brick.

Amazing performances tonight, especially by Emmett and Kieron. Ste's lines to Brendan after he comes out of the deli, his crying on the ground, his dead inside comment, Brendan's speech to Ste, and his "Go" whisper, all equal heartbreak. Pure heartbreaking. Every moment, :'( more tears. And that RAW emotion is why this storyline is everything to LOVE, everything to CRY about, and everything we have become ADDICTED to. And just like Ste, we can't let go. No matter how bad the outcome. We stay.

To say epic; one might think actions & drama. What we have here is more hard core than that; it's the emotions of seeing two people we have wanted to have happiness & lose it. That everything that made them good, lost and maybe never to be had again. The physical trauma heals, but the emotional ones stay longer and are harder to heal. If heart doesn't break; it has to cry after seeing yesterday & today's shows.

Now I dare hope it's coming, along with hopefully many magnificent moments of truly brilliant acting by the one and only Emmett J Scanlan.

I think the song is an adaptation from Robert Frost ' s poem "Acquainted with the night". However, I tried to find who turned it into a song... so far, for naught. If anyone know who made this song? I think it's really à beautiful song and it suits Brendan I think....

that just made me cry because this is the end and they didn't even truly make up "I don't trust you when your like this I don't love you when your like this" with the music in the back ground it made me cry and broke my heart. i was kinda in denial that stedan is really about to be gone for good. why?
@greymushroom111 жыл бұрын
I is just breakin my heart, when ste said that to him and brendan understood. it makes me going to miss them together so much more. All i can see is if they only had more time together, to see brendan getting some good counselling which seems like ste was implying. to see him try to deal with his past eating at him, to see he and steven build their trust, to see them smiling again, with their kids together, it just breaks my heart.
@chapmanenigma287311 жыл бұрын
I never invested so much interest in a TV show; like have this one. I may not agree with where the writers go with the characters, but I have to say they have covered so many topics that you don't see on others shows when it comes to the story line of Brendan & Steven. It will be hard to not see EJS & SR together on the show; they have both done excellent work with theses characters & stories.

He killed that love inside of me, and I can't get it back, I can't get it back without you. You make me understand. You make me believe that the world can be good again. I can't do this without you."
@falloutatdjp11 жыл бұрын
I already commented, but just wanted to throw one last thing out there. The looks they give each other at 7.36, do two things. Scream to me, "We almost had it all. We were so close. It was right there, right there." and then breaks my heart again. It's also painfully obvious to see in their eyes the love that will never die. I mean even when Ste looked back to Bren at the end, hesitation, anger and love.

One of my favorite Frost poems...Acquainted with the Night. Perfect Lyric to end this ep on & a perfect encapsulation of who & what Brendan & Ste are. Another good ep. I almost would have preferred that Bren leave earlier, that they had just gone to this arc instead of all the BULLSHIT of the past couple weeks, if THIS was what we were going to get. I wish Bren would've told Ste more about Seamus; even though it's hard for him to get the words out, he needs to. Waiting for the next bits, now.

i really hope that if Walker gets' killed' that they do a Warren and magically rise him from the dead because even though he could never be Brendan he is the only actor on this show that comes a close second.With that being said he really kind of ruined Brendan's exit storyline for me with his weak ass revenge schemes they had no substance and the introduction of Kevin totally took away from precious Stendan scenes and child abuse revelation scenes.
