Are you aware of C-betting and positions in poker ? Cause if Francisco Flats Bill's 4 bet, then 100% of the time, he is gonna check to the preflop aggressor on a K high flop. Also even if Bill was the aggressor, then TT has to always call a C bet when only 1 overcard. 2 overs is when you start folding even to c bets
