Slowing everything down and taking a close look, it definitely has something to do with the mei placing a wall beneath her feet

My bet would be that the mei wall made her hit the edge of the ceiling of the bridge, and forced her out from under the bridge at a high velocity. At least it didn't result in a game-breaking bug, cause with the track record of OW2, I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Another theory is that the game broke in some way when she placed a wall on the payload while you were beneath it, but I can't see a reason why that would result in the behavior shown here, so I don't find it as likely as my first guess. I would usually open up the overwatch workshop and do some experiments, but I'm pretty confident in my guess and don't feel like going through that much effort just for double checking
