Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us all. It’s really appreciated. I am rebuilding my TEF20 at the moment, your videos and Bundy bears are very helpful indeed. Cheers. Bob.

As this video was made 3 years ago, I hope you can answer my question. I understand the washer covers the hole in the backer plate, and is held in place by the spring pressing against it. My question is what holds the spring in position, namely what keeps the spring from sliding down the cross shaft towards the center line of the tractor? Thank you and I very much enjoy your videos.

Hi, I need to refresh my memory, but from what I recall the spring is a tight fit to the shaft so just friction holds it in place. 😉👍

I hope it is not me, but, did you have the LH Shaft Assembly, Pedal Stop on the RH side? I am thinking you caught this later on. Awaiting another video soon.

Hi Marvin, It's been a while since I did that - I do however have a recollection of having something on the wrong way and had to redo it. I don't recall if I filmed it though... The old memory is not what it used to be! 😉

Hello, the centralizer nut should be loosened when adjusting the brakes to allow the shoes and adjuster wheel to align properly. I'm not sure about loosening the brake cam anchor plate nuts. But what the heck as long as they are tightened afterward. Had to chuckle when you were looking for the spanner/wrench to adjust the brakes. I can misplace almost anything in about three seconds. Old eyes and memory not working the very best. These are marathon projects that take many hours of work and a mountain of patience. Some people claim they are money pits, but I disagree because you are returning an old piece of farm equipment to life. There is nothing like sitting on a tractor working a patch of land with nothing to worry about except the next row in the field. Life in the fast lane. TTFN/CDC

Hi Charles, thanks for this, yes I agree it is a bit of a labour of love, but it’s also very enjoyable. It keeps us out of trouble too! 🤣
