Thank you Sandip and we're glad you enjoy listening. Meditating with sound has taught me I can choose what to tune in to, and also helped me to focus and listen deeply - when I walk around where I live I notice little sounds, individual sounds that maybe before I would have heard as part of the general background noise on the streets. Now I notice how the sounds change with the times of the year - the birdsong is different, the wind sounds are different in summer and winter when the trees have leaves and when the leaves fall, the activities people do are different when its warm or cold so the people sounds change. Thank you so much for your thoughtful observation - Best wishes - Pam and Jurek

As a world class professional songwriter I have dealt with a number of hearing problems throughout the years, as have many of my well known fellow music artists. Always struggling to find ways to protect my hearing while continuing my job as band leader and songwriter. I’ve dealt with a lot of echoing in my ears that made certain sounds like ringing telephones extremely painful to listen to. I also deal with a condition called barotrauma which makes my ears unable to adjust to the air pressure in the altitude where I live. In editing music you need to be able to hear all the frequencies of a song to make it as professional as possible. Ear plugs can really foul things up. I was almost deaf in my left ear a few times after an editing session the tinnitus was so bad. Never believed the 432 HZ frequency had any significance until I started listening to audio like this. For the first time most of the echo is gone and my hearing is returning to normal!!! Thank you. I’m a believer now that the 432 HZ frequency can in fact reverse hearing loss.

Thank you for telling us of your experience - we don't know why people experience the different sounds in the way they do. Thank you for listening and thank you for your kind words. I used sound as a way to meditate at a time in my life when everything was uncertain and I was very unwell and that was 11 years ago. it took a while but those times of feeling calm gradually got longer, my health improved and I was able to focus on tasks I was doing, using mindfulness when I was washing up, cooking, doing all my household jobs, also when I was out walking - I would focus on the different sounds around me - the sounds of birds, the sound of the swish of the tyres on the roads, the sounds of the wind blowing through the trees, noticing how different affected me. It was a really useful beginning. I hope you are able to make progress lowering your stress levels and getting out of depression Best wishes - Pam and Jurek.

Thank you for listening and taking time to comment - we’re sorry you experienced the invitations for the bell to sound as aggressive - we aim to encourage a clear sound with the intention of being able to listen to the sound as it lessens. You may prefer this video as it does have different playing techniques including tracing the rim, there are others on here that do the same kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3ynmZaIYtGLZs0 Best wishes Pam and Jurek

No one can help even if now, people don't understand the significance of bells in the Hindus temple.
@RamKumar-rt6sg3 жыл бұрын
At first it was used properly but now they are just ringing the bells for formality and they ring that as loud as they can which cause more of an irritating feeling!! 🔊😖😖
@IntrovertBoyz3 жыл бұрын
@@RamKumar-rt6sg this is because, people are not aware of the true reason behind having bells in the temple.
