I've been having significant stress lately and I listened to this for quite a bit this morning while doing my Kundalini yoga workout and meditation. This is INCREDIBLY relaxing and beautiful to look at as well. Thank you!❤

Can somebody give me some information on how I do the chakra meditation? I meditate daily twice per day but I want a more intense session. What am I imagining in my mind and what am I saying over and over in my mind? Any Information on this I will really appreciate.

Many people get caught up in overthinking meditation of any kind. The main point is that it doesn't have to be hard, difficult, complicated or that instructions must be followed. Find a comfortable position for yourself and relax, and just breathe.. feel your breath coming in and your breath going out and as you breathe, let yourself relax completely. You will find that thoughts, bodily feelings or sounds may be a distraction, but don't give any energy to those distractions. Just continue to breathe and relax. If there is an image or a mantra that helps you, you may imagine that image, or repeat that mantra in your head. Bear in mind that imagery and mantras have a purpose of keeping the mind from distractions, and although both have very positive aspects to them, they are not wholly necessary. As you relax more, focusing on your breathing you may feel a lightness, you may feel energy in a particular Chakra, or you may feel it moving from place to place. Let everything be, give nothing your attention except your your own sense of peace and calm. If you find yourself bombarded by thoughts, step back from them: imagine them to be part of a lndscape that you are viewing and let them come and go, just like scenery changes while looking out of the window of a train. Attach yourself to nothing external, and the deeper your relaxation, the more good it will do you.
