Ancient Egypt. Hot, sandy, not so great dental care. Imhotep was a posh loon, always going on about some kooky book. Though there was that one guy who came through and nearly wrecked the place. There were frogs, flies, locust, and blood everywhere! But man, that Cleopatra was a real looker. Bonkers as an asp in an amphora but still drop dead gorgeous.

i am so proud to be coptic egyptian 🥺 everything about ancient egypt is so nostalgic to me. the music, the hieroglyphics, the ancient egyptian gods, the statues of the pharaohs, art, everything. i was fascinated since i was born. it was a kingdom that was so rich in culture. we still have some elements that are from ancient egypt in egypt today, such as some celebrations, some words in egyptian arabic are ancient egyptian, and we take so much pride in our ancestors. i wish i could’ve witnessed the great kingdom of ancient egypt
