Ive heard 1000s of deep meditation, sleep songs but this gave me a chill in my chest and goosebumps when the Aum is chanted. The voice is something else. I heard a deep Aum chant like this while climbing Mt. Shasta many years ago after a night around a fire at a Rainbow Gathering Healing Circle. The sound was even deeper and came from the land itself, or so it felt to my friend and I. We did get dosed the night before, but still. We both heard it and it was awesome! He still remembers that day around 48 years ago! I am so glad to have found this and will use it as I broadcast pure love and light from the center of being. Svaha!

This one really does things to me. Something about the rainfall means it is totally transporting to me - when I close my eyes I'm sitting under a shelter somewhere out in nature watching the rain fall, smelling the fresh earth, feeling very connected to nature. I can almost feel the birds hunkered down in trees, waiting till it passes. It lifts my heart. Thank you!

I really can sympathise with your situation alimccreery. These monsters stalk/ target certain types of people, usually empaths etc. I was breaking free of one & falling into another narc relationship on a regular basis. Even my counsellor was a narc & she was the worst ever. Don't fight for your peace, any struggle at this moment will only exacerbate your condition. Just give yourself all the time in the world to heal, slowly, gently &deeply. This all will pass from you & you will be the stronger, wiser, and kinder for it. Hopefully, you will recognise the red flags & walk away from these monsters in future. But give yourself time & try not to blame yourself either. Wishing you luck lady. 🙏

This evening, I went for a swim and snorkelling in the Aegean Sea. I took some bread to feed the fish so I could take a closer look at them. They came in hundreds, touched my fingers and danced merrily around me, and continued to follow me and circle around me long after I had run out of bread. I wondered at their beauty and gracefulness.
