Love that operator!…no fiddling with the logs!…full 360 grab n load!…getter done! Think the guy on the dozer is the operator!…guy is so good he loaded the trailer drove the Mack and pushed with the dozer at the same time!

I have been cutting on shares for the last year or so, but we are actually contract cutting a pine job for a sawmill right now. I need to get some more videos up, it’s just hard when you are running all day long trying to keep up lol Thanks for the comment!

17’6” double tie length I think the poplar was 12’6” or 14’6” most of our hardwood is for cross ties some mills want it 18’ even

Has your wood prices stayed good down there ? Wood market is shot in northern new England

Our tie log market has been pretty steady and we are still getting good prices for them. But the Red oak and poplar prices have been pretty bad at times, i have been selling a lot of nice grade logs for ties because the tie price pays more than our grade mills do.
