What we need to do is appropriate $50 million for an ad campaign promoting Beale St Landing. Appropriate $30 million to clean, update, and renovate the landing. Appropriate $5 million to have a grand re-opening party complete with City dignitaries and local rap stars. My consulting fee is a mere $10 million. Problem solved for less than $100 million.
