Why so much emphasis on private residences, bungalows and big houses, and not on projects which caters to a large number of population like business parks, IT buildings, office buildings, hospitals, big offices...like in developed countries. You live in your own created cocoon surrounded by poor people just a few minutes away...invest in businesses and create jobs for youngsters instead of useless bungalows worth crores.
