I reckon 2000s Pop-Punk or Emo-Punk. The writing and composition is very similar to Brand New's "Deja Entendu" and AFI's "DECEMBERUNDERGROUND", but its production was with personnel more integrated with that era's pop-punk movement, giving it a fusion of the two. But the smarter answer is, "I don't know, but I like it!"
