It's remarkable how you see results changing depending on whether or not Dead Eye is active.

Debatable... Some of his best hits were on ships when Dead Eye wasn't active. For a long while there at the end, a Petropavlovsk was spotted on the other side of an island and keeping his Dead Eye inactive. Shikishima is one of the most accurate T10 BBs without Dead Eye. With it is just adding more consistency.

Only the stalinium can shatter 510mm shell... Stalinium is made from Stalin's skin, and it is bathed in russian virgins blood and Stalin's tears, that is why stalinium is the strongest armor in the world... It can shatter even the Tsar Bomb too. :D
