"Oh yeah now I will face full broadside on close range against 4 510 mm monster with my beautiful Vladivostok because by doing so I can use all of my guns. @@CesarinPillinGaming I think he was trying to yolotorp more than anything else. Shikishima's shells are...well, you either citadel or overpen. And like the Yamato it has a notorious tendency to bounce or shatter at closer ranges unless you're firing at a flat side.

It's so frustrating that WG doesn't have an option to convert coal into steel to cover ships like this since you can use steel to substitute for coal on coal ships. Literal mountains of coal but hate all the coal ships so it's just a wasted resource and have to wait for each ranked season just to get a fraction of what's needed for the vessel even getting to tier I.

@@craftysnail5912 I miss the free XP ships that rewarded long term players and gave an actual use to the multi million XP buildup of years, now it's back to sitting there doing nothing. I would not be surprised if they add in things like platinum or titanium as a new resource to get ships through increasingly convoluted methods.

Further, I don't have the time to play on a competitive schedule with a full time job, college and basic day to day projects. I'd just like an option to actually make the five years of resources I have actually have transfer value, even at a penalty or trade off because otherwise it's effectively useless to me.
