444 ( Ep.4 ): 3 Years Practicing Abstinence Testimony

In this last video PT.4 of the 444 series, I talk about my experience with practicing abstinence over a three year time period. Going into detail about what I've learned about myself, the actual practice, and truly why it is I even wanted to challenge myself in this way. Applying new ways to hold myself accountable and practice more self discipline in numerous areas of my life. Using "temptations" and "distractions" as a way of improving my self love, confidence, and self discipline.
