Wow, a brilliant ending like this has made Aaron Livesy/Danny Miller a living legend whom people will be talking about on and off-screen for ages. The impact he's made through his story is like no other. He will be greatly missed, but certainly not forgotten. Thanks for the uploads Jon. The impact of this show and its characters would not be nearly as great without your generous contributions. Thank you.

***** Yes, it´s hard to watch ED if you are not British, but apart from that channel there are even more ways to see either the full episodes or the Aaron storyline. People who upload gay storylines in Vimeo or Dailymotion include the gays in ED: Aaron and also Finn. And also I recently found a way to watch the whole epis without the problem of constantly being closed down by youtube. The web is called UK Soap Share.

Thank you so much for uploading these videos, I can't thank you enough! This is the only storyline I have followed on Emmerdale (this is my 2nd time watching from the start) and I think Aaron's character has been one of the best written and acted in soap history. I have loved his relationships - especially the father/son between Paddy/Aaron, and have loved his banter, sarcasm, moodiness and crying. The other actors have been superb and Danny Miller is phenomenal. I wish him every success.

Just spent the last 4 days re-watching the Aaron storyline from beginning to end and once again, what a roller coaster ride it has been. I only bothered to re-watch after hearing last week that Aaron is coming back to Emmerdale later on in 2014. I'm so excited by this news, I really hope he and Ed are still together. I also hope Kimbaforevayanlamb or someone else upload the episode as soon as he returns. Although this is like my 3rd time re-watching the Aaron storyline since he left the show, this last episode always seem to still make me emotional, especially last episode when he called Paddy dad. I can't wait to see Aaron reunited with Paddy.

Solofyd I hope so too. I would LOVE it if kimbaforevaryanlamb uploads it cause we´ll keep having it all on this channel. But he seems to have been missing for a long time. In case you don´t know there´s a person who probably will do it on his Vimeo channel. Maybe you don´t know, but there´s a new gay character in ED since last December, called Finn. It´s way different from Aaron Livesy. Aaron´s return is so near now, he has already filmed scenes. They won´t end up together though, confirmed by the producer. I can´t wait! (although I had to put this all behind when it ended two years ago cause I was totally devastated and impacted by the whole storyline, you can´t imagine).

I'm not judging Aaron's desire to help out his friend but look at the cost. Aaron has left town as a fugitive, he has also lied to Ed who has no idea that he is currently harbouring someone wanted by the police. It's a secret that could wreck their relationship. Chas has to live with the knowledge that she has lost her son because of a crime he didn't commit and Cain and Debbie helping Aaron has driven a wedge between them and Chas. It's hard to see this as Aaron leaving on a positive note.

@Boslthrman12 жыл бұрын
This was all so sucky. The Bartons behaving so cowardly and selfishly, the Dingles supporting Aaron's sacrifice and poor Ed, being used as Aaron's getaway excuse. Nothing romantic about that pairing.
@Paulie290612 жыл бұрын
Adam had endless opportunities to go to the police, heck he could even have called them up. Even after Aaron confessed, Adam could still have gone to the police and told the truth but he didn't. Yes, Adam helped out Aaron, but at no point did he sacrifice his life or his liberty for him which is exactly what Aaron has done for him. A real friend, a real best friend would never have wanted Aaron to do this for them, especially at a point where Aaron was finally managing to get his life together.
@Paulie290612 жыл бұрын
I'm glad Aaron didn't end up being hauled off by the police but I'm not so glad that his new start with Ed is based on dishonesty. Ed clearly believes that Aaron changed his mind because he wanted them to be together rather than him running away from an arson charge. Also Aaron's friendship with Adam is forever tainted because Adam allowed Aaron to take the blame for his stupidity. No best friend would ever have done that. I only hope that Chas never allows Adam to forget what a coward he is.

Aaron didn't give him much of a chance. Aaron talked to the police before telling Adam about his plans. Confessing wouldn't get Aaron completely out of trouble because he lied to the police, and in the end Aaron got to move to France with his boyfriend like he wanted to before the fire. Perhaps he should have been more insistent with Aaron until Aaron told him how things would work out, but I can hardly blame him for being torn especially when Aaron was so adamant.

1 Thank you Kimba for all the work! 2 I hate to see such an interesting gay character leave. How many characters are given so little to do on other shows? We finally had one with several long and heavy arcs. 3 I'll miss the way Danny has inhabited the character. He made it his own. Go back to an early Aaron episode and compare, the actor and character matured so much. 4 I'll miss many other Emmerdale characters like Paddy and Chas. when aaron is on the excalator what is the song in the background does anyone know what it is called
@cravechannel12 жыл бұрын
No, I've been paying attention. I saw those scenes. Aaron did say that he wanted to go, but it always seemed to be more about the "great opportunity" moving would give him to start a new life. Of course Ed is part of that--along with the "dream job," the new place, etc. For me, the missing ingredient is any showing whatsoever of passion or excitement or even apparent interest in Ed as a man that he's genuinely attracted to and ready to run off with, and not only as a means to this new life.

Aaron ending up with Ed is what we all wanted but despite that, this is a terrible ending! Running away from the police? Because you admitted to something you didn't do? And to protect who? Adam?! This just makes me sick! I used to want Aaron and Adam to be more than just mates but if this is the way your mate thanks you for everything (by letting you take the wrap for what he did) then Aaron is better off without Adam. I'll never forgive Adam for allowing Aaron to take the fall for him.

People can have multiple reasons for their actions. It is true that Aaron has some motivations that Ed doesn't know about, but moving to France with Ed is something Aaron probably would have done if Adam hadn't gotten himself in trouble. Ed will probably be hurt when he finds out, but he'll probably get over it if it's clear that Aaron actually loves him and isn't with him solely out of convenience.
