Hello sir I am doing CA articleship and I notice that there is a huge confusion regarding section 44AE as per my understanding this section is saying that we have to take gross vehicle weight of a truck while filing ITR under section 44AE and "as per the motor vehicle act section 2 defining gross vehicle weight of a truck means weight of a truck(e.g 10 ton) plus certified load i.e maximum load that a truck can carry(e.g. 25 ton)" total 35 ton but when we are filing ITR in section 44AE we have to fill tonnage age capacity of a goods carriage in which it is saying that we have to fill only the maximum load a truck can carry (i.e 25 ton only) Would you please clarify what this section is saying and also make a a video in detail regarding section 44ae because it would be a lot of beneficial to us since you are providing a great deal of clarity regarding tax related matters and helping us to gain deeper understanding Thank you sir..

सर 3 दिन इंट्राडे ट्रेडिंग की थी जिससे 554 प्रॉफिट हुआ। LTCG प्रॉफिट 192000 शॉर्ट टर्म प्रॉफिट 70000 एक बिटकॉइन बेचा था जिससे 314 प्रॉफिट हुआ कुल प्रॉफिट 278000 हुआ है। लेकिन सर इसमें 98 रुपए का टैक्स बन रहा है इसका क्या कारण है । जब की टोटल exampt लिमिट 3 लख रुपए है और क्या इसके लिए ITR 3 फाइल करनी होगी
