The sneaking animation is almost never used in the game. Rescuing the Lara Croft bot is pretty much the only time you're required to use it. There is one more use for it though. When sneaking over a glass floor, it won't break.

If you hit the Ratchet-Bot at the Crash Site he'll drop a bunch of bolts and quickly recollect them while looking embarrassed. If you hit the Rivet-Bot she'll momentarily disappear into a rift only to reappear as if nothing happened. Edit: The bug that flies around the tub is "Mr. Mosquito" of a game sharing the same name. I think it was Japanese exclusive. Also, you can get an origami figure from the gacha pon machine in reference to "Heavy Rain", AND if you look at your controller when you complete a level with all bots located, the lights on the dualsense cycle through a rainbow of color in tandem with the colors on the end stage's platform.

Mister Mosquito did, in fact, release in the west, so it isn't a Japanese exclusive, and in fact it just got a release on PS4 and PS5, via their Playstation Classics program.

Your probably wondering why does the hula hoop at 13:05 turn blue. Well this hoop is the Super hoop from Ape Escape 3, where hula hooping releases a charge that makes you run really fast. It’s a good detail.

Attack the cupboard near the Bot of War TV. Also, if you haven't rescued the bot there, then there will be a PS2 hooked to TV (it could also be there if the bot is rescued). Like the egg relics, there are 8 ravens in Bot of War. If you get them all, you get an achievement and there is a tree in the level that has 8 glowing ravens. The first one can be hard to miss as it is part entering the level with a rocket controller. You can press down on your d-pad to dance with your bots. Do this with at least a 100 of them, and you get an achievement. When watering the tree seed. Continue to squirt water at the tree to see it react. Also an achievement.

The safari zone is so you can see all the animals from the other levels and you slowly gain more and more animals as you go through each level.

there are two neat little details i found while watching this video. 1. go go archipelago is somewhat of a nod to Inspector Gadget franchise. 2. the telly screen where the Robot of war is being played is a nod to the PlayStation creators themselves, Sony. the Asobi name is a riff of Sony, being A Sony branded television.

I don’t know if you plan on doing another video on easter eggs that reference youtubers, but i found one in Astro bot. When using the claw machine, you can unlock Kratos’ animation in the hub world, and the animation is called “Dad of Boy” which is what Jacksepticeye said at the beginning of each of his God of War playthroughs.

So a crazy detail I just found (that may be well known and I’m just stupid) is in Far Cry Primal. When you pause the game you see a rock with seemingly random scratches, but it’s actually the environment you’re in scratched into the rock. If you’re aiming a weapon it will also show that, it can also show animals

I forget which stage it is (Think it’s the snowman one) - there’s a ice bridge that breaks, and one of the enemies are cautiously tapping the front of their toe on the bridge, testing it’s durability out

in timesplitters future perfect there’s a mission later on that takes you back to when you do the first mission to protect your other self on higher ground. i don’t think when you start a new save you’ll be able to see him but after you finish the story and replay the first mission you can see him at certain parts. might be confusing the way i explained 😅 it’s $10 on playstation or you could find other ways to try it out 😉
