No two Yes albums sound the same, yet they all sound like Yes.

I don't know why there's so little promotional stuff or live performance from Big Generator era avaliable. It's was not the best time for Yes, but it's interesting to see them in eighties any different years then 1983-1984.

Big Gen is a very good album...Miles better than anything after Magnification. John Davidson Davison SUCKS.

They were great through the "Tormato" album, and then, as with most of the best bands of the late 60s and into the 70s, they went down the toilet.

Tormato is awful. Bad songs, bad production and not finished. Drama is the last great yes album

@@uv77mc85 Of course you're entitled to your notions, but if you think that "Onward" and "On the Silent Wings of Freedom" are not excellent tunes (the latter featuring some of Chris Squire's best playing ever), and that the garbage on "Drama" is superior, with Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman being replaced by Trevor Horn and Geoff Downes, then all one can do is pity you.

The studio cuts recorded for Keys to Ascension (later released as the single-disc KeyStudio) were quite good. Said this 66-year-old fan who went to about 30 Yes concerts and has an entire shelving unit full of Yes music.

@@moc1609agreed. Keys Studio tracks were fantastic. And very 70s ish music.
