Join me, JennaMaye for my weekly 45 min circuit style workout! You can join into this workout with very minimal (or no) equipment! Feel free to bring :
BOSU
Stability Ball
Dumbbells
Resistance bands
Soup cans (if you don't have light weights)
a chair
a towel
I am looking forward to guiding you through another fun and dynamic workout! You can do this workout at home or at the gym.
In this workout I will guide you through a warmup, multiple small strength training circuits, and a stretch at the end. Feel free to leave a comment below with any feedback!
