I loved this before I injured myself with the lunges. This set off a permanent cycle of focal dystonias, which are a common feature of Parkinson's. Currently, I deal with dystonia in my left Achille's tendon, my posterior tibial tendon and my peroneal tendon. After doing this exercise routine as well as private sessions of High Intensity Interval Training in 2021, I required surgery for a torn and ragged meniscus. And yet, it's not time for me to give up standing workouts and healthy walks outdoors. Trainers: It's important to keep these less functional joints and ligaments in mind when you design a workout. Many of us don't have a diagnosis or even recognize deterioration in range of motion before some of this damage is done. I'd like exercises aimed at trying to improve range of motion.
