*excuse my french but this was an absolute BADASS workout and i loved every bit of it! loved the heavy weights/light weight activation, the jumping, the core activation, your energy, your crew, everything! i felt so strong and your craftsmanship does not go unnoticed! i feel like i’m working out with you all every time i press play! thank you for all that you say and am so excited to enter 2024 with you as my trainer!*

This was fantastic. I love the combination of strength and cardio (yes, I can’t let go of my rebounder workouts, but know I need more strength training in my days 😅). It really really helped to hear what the other Driveway Crew ladies are using for weights!! Thank you!!

WOW that was quite a workout and even more difficult navigating around the little tear in my trampoline. This was a great wedding anniversary present since my husband forgot lol
