Hi Sydney! So I don't think I have ever commented on a KZbin video in my life, but I have been following your workouts for about 6 weeks now and I really want to say thank you. In March, I was in Tokyo, about to start a 5 month study abroad semester. I had worked for about a year and a half to get there and I was loving it. It was a dream. And then COVID hit. My school cancelled all study abroad programs, and I had to come home to Indiana after only about 3.5 weeks in Japan. It was rough, to say the least. I am now taking online summer classes to make up for the semester I lost in Japan, and it has not been easy. And then I found your workouts. I have always loved working out, but you push me more than I have ever experienced and you connect fitness to the rest of our lives in a way that is genuinely--GENUINELY!--motivating! I became more grateful for the time I DID get in Japan (which was amazing) and started to push myself in school even though it was lonely. This week is my final week of my first session, and I am proud to say that because of your pep talks, I have finished my 30 page research paper three whole days EARLY! I have never done that before! Thank you!!

I’ll tell you what, after a week coming back to these after live workouts daily workouts, I feel so strong especially after almost 2 years working out with you. Done! So glad I subscribed all those months ago. If I hadn’t been doing these workouts with balance and stability this last month my fall down my stairs 10 days ago would have resulted in a much bigger ankle injury. I was able to jump back in where I left off just after 10 days of rest and gentle rehab. Intentions for today: to meditate and pray. It’s been hard to have that desire when I haven’t liked myself physically very much lately. Thank you Sidney for being a light in my day each day. ❤️

The ONLY one I had to modify was the figure 4 glute bridge. SO proud of myself. At times I was shaking like a leaf and wanted to quit but closed my eyes, made some funny noises and pushed on through. Thank you again, you are a champ! Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone!

I loved this workout! I went up in weight every time that Sydney made her " if you think you can" comment, and I did it! I was shaking through many of these exercises. If I did not feel it enough, I must need to work on my form! I am thankful for pushing myself and knowing that I can DO IT! I will work on getting to bed earlier, cooking dinner before 8pm. I LOVE your workouts! The only thing is the latest ones we need more and more equipment, bands, benches. As a person out of work, I found you because I have so much time on my hands that I wanted to become fitter. I feel I cannot get the complete workout without all the added equipment. I have a couple of barbells but that is it. I will keep on with your old workouts. BUT I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND YOU!

Leg days are my favorite type of workouts!!!! Finally was able to do the step up on the bench, 1st round body weight, 2nd round weighted vest and 5lb dumbbells and 3rd round when Sydney says if you can go up, Yes, I can! used my 8lbs and I was a little shaky but got it done! Crushed it! I am working on getting my hydration in.
