this was my favourite legs and glutes workout - I am so happy that there were no lunges - dont get me wrong the band work is so effective and I added my 5lb ankle weights half way through!! way to crush this everyone - Happy Tuesday

LOVED the adductor work. The outer parts of my quads (don’t know the technical name lol) have gotten so strong and have clearly defined muscle but my adductors are not nearly as strong or defined. Would love more adductor exercises!

Yeh, baby!! These glutes are on fire!!! I tend to change things when Sydney does, like changing bands. She switched to her light band, I switched to my heavy because I THOUGHT she was going to her heavy. OUCH!! That was tough, but I stuck with it and loved the entire workout. Great work, everyone 🎉❤🎉❤
