I was dealing with my anxiety the whole day that I had to take a break, walk, and get some fresh air. Oh how I miss her dances at the end of the workouts! Idk if my body is just done from STF but I was not feeling strong for this one. I did my best for how my body was feeling but my mind was like, you’re strong than this! Still pretty sure I’m going to be very sore from this one so lots of stretching today! Btw for anyone needing the encouragement, remember that crucibles are what we use to heat gold to remove any impurities in it. When you're burning and your muscles are on fire, your body is a crucible making you into pure gold.

When I started I struggled to do a deadlift with my 8 kg/17.5 pounds kettlebell and a single leg squat was out of the question. now watch me single leg deadlift/squat that baby without a problem. love those workouts, they fly by!

At the end of this month (May 2022), I will celebrate my one year of working out with you. SO MUCH has changed for me in the last year. I defended my Masters. Published my research work. Started my full time career. Lost POUNDS and gained muscle definition. Started my own fitness channel on Instagram to hopefully motivate others. And now I'm on my way to become a personal trainer and nutrition coach in addition to my career. All of this is because Sydney u have always been there for me. Doesn't matter how bad my day was or how many problems I had, I always showed up for our workout and listened to you at the end of the workout and reminded myself that tomorrow is a new day and another chance for me to make things better. Probably no one is gonna see this comment :)) I'm aware of that. But I felt the need to tell u how much I appreciate you. You are a gift to this world. You and Dustin are gifts to us and I can't be more grateful for you guys. Sending lots of positive vibes and energy to everyone. Just know that you got this. Got up at 4am today to workout before hitting the road for 4 hours with work. That is a HUGE change in my life. I am obviously hooked on this program. Before I'd have never gotten up at 5am everyday, not to mention an hour earlier just to workout so I don't get behind. Today I tried the sliders on all the optional opportunities and did it! Yay! She just keeps me moving!!! I cannot do her workouts every day due to work but I try to do them 2-3 times a week for two months now and I can say that I have seen results. With Sydney I understood that I must workout full body in order to get great results and not only glutes or abs. She made me overcome my "fear" with dumbbells, too 😝. Definitely keep doing your workouts.

Hardest glute challenge ever. Wow, that was a fantastic time. The one legged slider dead lifts made me really focus on form, which I needed desperately to understand this move. Balancing both sides of the body is hard, and very fun. Thanks!

Baby Ari is about a month old and I'm doing STF 3.0 again while Sydney is taking her leave. I loved this program the first time around and I made a lot of progress last summer, so as soon as Sydney announced she was pregnant, I knew I'd do this again ! And the fact baby boy was born right at the beginning of summer makes me feel like it was meant to be to do Summer Time Fine lol ! So funny that three years ago I was doing these at lunchtime!!! Now I’m a 5:00 am girl!!! This was a great workout!! Couldn’t do the lateral lunge and reverse lunge as my left knee has been a little sketchy…gotta work on healing that!!! Have a great day.

Make sure your left hip is nice and open. I like using the kettlebell lateral hip shift mobilization for that. Often knee pain issues are really issues with ankle or hip mobility hindering alignment with the knee.

I'm not an emotional person, but I have never cried as much as I have since starting to work out with Sydney in December😭 😆 Stress, anxiety, COVID and just making it to the cool down(!!) are some big factors, but she's helped me discover strength, persistence and motivation this 44-year-old didn't know I was capable of. Thank you, Sydney, for being a consistent, positive force during such negative, dark times ❤
