Balance day (?) crushed!! For the first time in about a week this workout actually felt great, & I felt so strong. I struggle with hypermobility and some days my joints just don’t want to cooperate and it’s tough. Grateful today that they cooperated! Thanks so much Sydney for these amazing workouts. Great job everyone! 🎉

Balance week 2! Loved that strength focus today. Lowering my weight all month to focus on form and de-loading my body from STF but I love the challenge I still felt with my focus on true mind/ muscle connection! Happy Monday yall! 🙌🏼🔥💪🏽💯🥵

Every Sunday night I say to my husband, “ I can’t wait to do my workout tomorrow, and start my routine again” (I take the weekend off and workout 5 days a week💪) ,that’s how you know your doing something right tho… if the night before you’re already looking fwd to your morning😅 thanx Sydney ❤

Last week was a long week, and it continues this week. My husband suffered a deadly stroke on Aug 6, 2024. My family and I have been at the hospital and planning his final resting place. Our children have taken control over it all, and I couldn't be more proud and grateful. This is the first workout I've done since it happened, and it felt so good to be back. I know more tough days are ahead, but I know we will all get through it because we support each other the way a family should. Don't take people for granted. Live each day to the fullest, and always say I love you no matter the circumstances. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

I liked the workout. It was Sydney- style pilates. I enjoy the varied workouts that challenge my body in different ways to create a better level of fitness overall without getting bored.
