Rosters are similar to Chihuahua’s in that….they are always ready for a fight and they don’t care how big you are, if you come to close, games on. I saw a mother hen protect her brood from a freaking cobra…a cobra….🐍 she didn’t care, she was have none of it. Changed that old slu foot out of there 1 2 3…..all chicks accounted for! Kudos for Hen and Roosters got it going on too they only fight what they perceive as a threat. Whatever it takes to remove said threat…they’ll do it, no threat to great if chicks are involved. If you can find the video of the Rooster lunging a horse, better than a lot of “trainers” it’s solid.

There are a lot of mistakes in this video like calling a hen a he or a steer a cow, but I was trying hard to let it go because it's obvious the narrator is oblivious. Anyway at 8:16 that's a sun bear not a black bear. At 8:24 those are hyenas. 9:01 don't ever assume hippos or elephants are slow. Hippos don't swim, they run underwater. They're really fast on land. 9:17, really? Again? That's another hyena! 10:03 are you serious? The snake's tongue? 10:27 that's not a dog fighting that cobra, that's a mongoose, likely a pet one from how good it's condition is. The Mongoose is a cobra's natural enemy. 12:33 the female tigers were likely fighting over territory. They are just as territorial as males. Unlike lions they don't prefer to hunt together.

The so called "sleeping snake" at 8:50 is in fact an eel. And the "Jackal" at 9:16 is more like a Spotted Hyena. When you edit an animal clip - at least know the species. At 13:59 you show exactly the same encounter again. Now, the Jackal has mutated to a Coyote - the poor Hyena. Let´s call it a canine and be done with it 🙂

Roosters and chickens are strong when they are territorial. So an eagle/ any kind of bird of prey can actually kill a chicken if it’s not territorial.

Time mark 3:08 with Peacock and rooster fighting, I can't believe rooster didn't get it's breast split wide open.. Peacock claws are sharp as razor blades.. I bought 4 little ones back around 2012, and when they got a few weeks older I put them into a fenced in house area with rafters above for roosts when they could fly up as they got older.. One day I went out to check food and water, one of my hens was laying on the ground,, I picked her up and she was almost sliced in half, most likely from one of the other peafowl trying to get onto the roost using her back as a toe hold...
