$450 2006 KLX110 TRANSFORMATION

This 2006 KLX110 required lots of welding, modifying, and reworking to make the newer style plastics fit to give it that modern look. I wanted a pitbike to match my KX125 & KX250 I did for Racer X. I feel like I was successful. Check out my Instagram profile to see the other bikes.

I ended up using a triple clamp from a 2010 klx110. The stock one will work though from older years, I know the back bolt holes will line up, might need to drill the front ones.

The shock I used came on another bike I bought so I’m not sure if they still sell them or not. All it said on it was Works Performance. Then I used a 110L swing arm and a shock extender from Tboltusa tboltusa.com/store/pit-bike-rear-shock-extender-p-1067.html

I prefer the 110L, but depends on how much you will be doing. If you are going to do new suspension or even swing arm it doesnt really matter which one you get. Whichever one you get i'm sure you will have a blast with it!

Mikey Neese the seat is still the same on both styles. You can make the old tank work but I used a newer style tank because I had one available at the time.
