Your machine is wonderful I use mine every day but get u permeant marker write the date on it and item in case gets misplaced you still know what it is and time been in freezer some of ours lasted over two years u will love it reseales big bag chips to saved us money best part

for your ground Turkey you should flatten it out and when you go to thaw, it will thaw quicker.. and will stack better in the freezer :)

I buy the 22lbs of fries like once or twice a year and we just eat threw them slowly. They stay good in the freezer

I live in Idaho and we are the potato capital! A few weeks ago, a railroad bridge needed fixed so several processing plants in my area couldn't get oil for the fries and tots. It took 2 weeks to get the bridge fixed so the plants could receive the oil. I could be wrong, but maybe that contributed to the lack of product. Hopefully things will get better soon!

Try adding sauce to it to get you used to the taste. I like adding teriyaki sauce and garlic and putting that over broccoli and rice! So good, but I got used to the taste and now am not a big fan of ground beef
