Love the holographic glitter. I've made this fish several times and have used a micro brush to get into those tiny areas. And, I've always backed in black. I've never thought of using this method. Back to my craftroom! I've also never thought about embellishing. So creative!!!

She is beautiful. The added bling looks great, I like the eye.😊 A couple years ago I made a whole bunch of Koi fish for our backyard waterfall, I couldn’t wait to put them out when spring came. Then it occurred to me that the hawks, eagles, owls, and mountain lions that hunt around our property might think they look pretty tasty. So.. so much for that idea.😅 I’m just glad I thought about before possibly killing off our National bird or anything else. Great job Michelle!

Have you tried dipping your brush in alcohol? It works with mica powder to keep it from flying everywhere, and the alcohol evaporates after.

Could you mix the powder in a bit of alcohol and paint it on, then the alcohol will evaporate. Would it make clean up easier? I'm new to all this. But wow it's so pretty
