Awesome trick I learned for cracks in stucco: Run a bead of caulk over crack, spray your paint right over that bead, then backroll the paint and caulking into the stucco over the crack. Later once dried it blends perfectly no flashing, or anything. Also, if you rub some dirt into those big fat wet drips on the concrete the dirt will absorb the pigment and its like it never happened. You don't have to come back and chip it up later with a putty knife. Dirt, incredibly useful.

The first caulking gun is a dripless gun I’ve been using them since they first came out. The only time they do drip is if the caulking gun was left in the sun for too long and the pressure inside the tube builds up.

did that orange tape stick? Like after leaving it on for days, was it a bear to get it off. also if you get a drop, grab a chunk of dirt and rub it in, the dirt will absorb the paint and takes it right up

In case anybody is wondering 7-8 man days + paint - $7250 and up in midwest and much more on coast. I'm 30 seconds in to the video and I'm betting he's almost half price. Basically a free paint job once he pays uncle Sam he may actually be paying them a couple of hundred dollars. Not what the painting industry needs at all people expect free paint jobs.

When you bid a paint job on a house how do you figure how to price it?

Figure your production rates out. For example how long it takes to paint 100 sq foot wall. Then use basic math to get a ball park. Add material plus 12% then add labor plus whatever margin you have worked in... good luck friend
