Steven has chosen to run a Matt Lewis built turbo on his car with our Stage 5 software giving him 450bhp and a very drivable, usable and enjoyable car.

I have seen the cars of some ford focus enthusiasts. Which one is the most beautiful is relative. everyone likes it differently. But one thing's for sure, this guy is the one who is really crazy about his car. You can see that he loves the car as if it were alive. Really good to see you talking about this car. Now we are writing 2024 and I was thinking about whether to buy a Focus Rs mk2 or not. But as I watched your video, I will buy it!! It is already there with the selected revo2es transformation.

I’m having the same dilemma.. sell or keep? I know if I sell I’ll regret it.. so many others have done this and said the same. The Mk2 may not be the fastest off the line, but it has so many other attributes that make it special. Real world in gear (3rd) acceleration is something it does superbly.. The looks encompass what an RS is about, certainly more imo than the global platform, 4 door Mk3 RS. And that I5 engine will in time go down ‘almost’ as legendary as the Cossie YB... The Mk2 is truly the last of the mad RSs. Strong residuals support that. My RS is a 2nd car, embarrassingly under used, but I still can’t part with it. Nice video. 👍🏼💚

@@woooster17 Same for me, but just got my engine forged got a the ecumaster and will try to hit 500 hp got new brakes etc and will have fun with it. I was thinkig to get smthing new but I will have more fun with my mk2 RS

@@woooster17 Take it from me buddy I brought my mk2 rs at 18yrs old then built it with a forged engine I sold it then I regretted it and now I brought it back as it’s the best car I’ve owned and now it’s my weekend toy, I’m now 21 and I still love it! I’m running 600bhp

Stage 5 does not exist. Lol. How come a stage 3 Golf produces more BHp than this supposed stage 5 Ford? Is there a stage 5 Golf R? If there is you are double toast. Guess you even need to be wary of stage 2 vw Audi’s.

Older technology and different platform. Some vehicles require less hardware upgrades to achieve similar or more performance. And yes we do a Stage 5 for the Mk5 Golf platform ;)

I am old enough tyoe have had a stage 2 Broadspeed Ford cortina when it meant old school balancing, carbs, cams, porting. exhaust manifolds etc. no SW in sight. Stages 1,2,3. Guess someone has a stage 8 Golf out there....;_) ps I run stage 2 Golf 7.5R - SW, IC, intake. But Revo calls it Performance Pack. Seems like you guys want it all ways.

@@gaycha6589 Stages now generally relate to software and give a rough outline of expected hardware upgrades. I.e Stage 1 is for a stock car, Stage 2 requires Intake, Intercooler and Downpipe and so on. We released the Performance Pack a few years ago to give customers the chance to run software (Stage 2) and hardware that's been designed to perform together.
