450k/h Enderman farm in minecraft nether update using snow layers

finally, nether enderman farm has got higher efficiency than the end enderman farms.
need an insane amount of update suppression to build, making it not that a practical choice.

this has been used before in a wither skeleton farm layout, specifically a layout with nether brick, wither rose, snow, nether portal (bottom to top in that order) was proposed by fallen breath

as you can see the snow is right below the portal, so it needs update impression anyway LOL

It needs it twice, once when placing, a second time when breaking the block beneath

@@oehlrichhans7 yes. With two exceptions: In 1.13.0, you can just use a retracting sticky piston, and in 1.14.0-1.14.2, you can just place it on scaffolding since it didn't block spawning back then.

@@oehlrichhans7 yes, which means you can run 4 spawning platforms in witch farms... no longer the case since 1.14.3
