My compass chambered in .243 shoots1/2 Moa with Federal blue box. It looks to me like your compass out performed your other more expensive rifles🔥🔥🔥great video keep em coming👊😎🇺🇸

Yup! For the money and the accuracy you really can't argue with Compass. Thanks for watching n God bless.

Nice to see that your Browning is shooting really well. I have also the AB3 just in 30-06. Cant wait to see you take it into the woods and shoot a deer. Merry Christmas to you and the family.

Thanks bro! I'm really looking forward to it myself and I'm taking it into woods ASAP. :-) How is the recoil and accuracy in 30-06? Merry Christmas and God bless 2019!

@@vameathunter2771 It's not to bad the recoil pad is really nice and helps out. I was looking for a 270 and got a really good deal on the 30-06 when Gander Mtn. closed down in Dale city.

I’ve been thinking of buying this rifle. The scope is high I would lower it or buy a check piece on it. One thing I notice is that with your rifle in the rest is that it was riding on the sling stud. That could affect the accuracy shooting. Just an observation. Good video. Browning unfortunately still haven’t gotten away from that 5 lbs lawyer behind the trigger. I own an A-bolt with a 4.5 pound trigger. Good trigger just heavy. Can’t wait to see the results of the rifle once you get a few more rounds threw it.
@vameathunter27715 жыл бұрын
Thanks bro I should keep my eye on the sling stud. I think you should think about replacing a trigger spring. God bless.

Will you be handloading for this new rifle? Shocked that it had a 5lb. trigger pull out of the box. Especially for a bolt gun. Glad you're changing the spring to lighten it.

Oh! It was you JunO, yes you can come over and help me shoot some of my ammo. You should think about this rifle next year in 6.5 creedmoor, this is better than TC Compass in every aspect and I really think it would be a great first hunting rifle for anybody.

243 is going to be way better than that .300 black out... use the 85gr nosler partition.
@vameathunter27715 жыл бұрын
I agree with you 100%, in fact I've already shot 3 deers with this ammo and it was deadly. But I'll make a mental note on that nosler, thanks bro.

@@vameathunter2771 that nosler 85gr partition would be a near perfect caribou or black bear round up here

I agree the nosler partition has never failed me in .243 or .270 win If you are hunting it is pretty tough to beat. Although I might give the Accubonds a try this year👊😎🇺🇸
@AlaskanBallistics5 жыл бұрын
@@tonygslc801 the accubonds can be too hard and not expand if they're not going super fast... had a 30.06 loaded with 180gr accubonds go right through a caribou at less than 200... no expansion... six shots had to put the last one through the neck...

I just bought one of these and I am waiting for it to be shipped to the FFL. Did you say that you purchased this one from Buds Gun Shop?? I am in TN and we have a Buds Gun Shop. Do you know if there is an aftermarket replacement trigger for this rifle?? By the way where are you originally from? Your accent reminds me of a close friend of mine. Good video brother and God bless
@vameathunter27715 жыл бұрын
Congrats! what caliber? When you work the action press the bolt handle toward the rifle and it'll be smoother. Yup! I got it from Buds. I'm not sure about aftermarket trigger (I don't think they have one for ab3), but I felt trigger spring replacement was enough (it really is pretty good), unless you really hate plastic trigger. I'm a Korean-American one of my hunting buddy tells me that I have a southern accent and I don't even know what southern accent sounds like y'alll. Be safe n God bless.

Something I realized for myself while watching this video. And those groups are all in the zone of a deer's boiler room. Any one of those shots would have been a clean kill. I have said before in other places that I don't count fliers. But that is not exactly accurate. I should say that I don't count fliers for rifle accuracy because it could be human error. So, I do count fliers for my accuracy as a human. And I have done it. Similar to your reasons. The first few shots went so well. And now, you are trying extra hard to nail it down and you end up moving too much. So, it depends on the application. Hunting deer at less than 300 yards, zero 50-250 and aim and go.
