Pretty special how he seems to see luckboxing w AQhh in a ridiculously bloated pot as some kind of cosmic reward for 'playing patiently', and by playing patiently he means jamming a bare A (having vpip'd A3o) on a board of 75432 for 6.5x pot because he couldn't be bothered checking how much his opponent had in his stack. I like rampage but my god he is a really bad poker player 😂

He literally said, “but I’ve played bad as well.” Right after saying that…I’m paraphrasing obviously. The hate in rampage’s chat is crazy
@analyticaldegen986
@analyticaldegen986 2 жыл бұрын
@@cameronnotaro3029 speaking for my comment I specifically qualified it by saying I like him as a person and presenter. I was merely laughing at the notion that he was patient (which he was genuinely claiming to have been) given he had already punted off piles by playing way too loose and way too spewy.

Every once in a while you need to look back and realize where you started at and where you are now and be proud of yourself and remember the journey. Don’t forget that we all start at the “bottom“ and you have done so well and I have all of you for years and I am so proud of you. Anybody hating on his play is just envious of him. Not only does he get to play the stakes we all wish we could play for but he does it care free. Obviously he’s not stressing bankroll, it shows in his play. So people saying “he’s gonna go broke” are just being blinded by there jealousy lol I love the way this dude plays and has fun at the table. Need more pros like this, it’s how poker should be!

Do you ever much KJo on the button to an open from EP? Five is where I fade too usually. Can sometimes play more if I take a nap, meditate or just feel it that day but usually dont. 5/5/100 should play different than 50/100 in theory because the pot starts $40 less but in practice I’m sure it doesn’t. I studied poker a lot when I was young and am just getting back in to it. 35 now, but my emotional control is better so my win rate has improved I feels like

Pretty expensive way to learn that making the sucker end of a straight playing just one card, is not good news. Incredible punt on that one. Calling it the second nuts was also a huge technical mistake, surpassed only by making the shove. That gets called only by better, so should only be done if the opponent's cards are face up and chopping (or losing, I guess). The good news is that playing a 12-14 hour session is a good thing to have experience at. Being able to stay at a table where people are throwing away money, will pay off in the long run. But at most tables, there will be a similar game "tomorrow" and "next week", so only push your endurance limits for truly special opportunities. Being stuck does not make it a special opportunity to get unstuck. For how many hands you played poorly, you managed to turn that table image into cash when you ran well.

It’s a great accomplishment to be where you are from where you started in such a relative short time. I’ve enjoyed the majority of these videos. That being said listening to a guy stuck 25k+ explain that another player might be on tilt and opening light, as he calls a 6 bet jam with A-Q off is unamusingly ironic and borderline insulting. But then you make a full house. Hence the term ‘dumb luck’. Congrats on getting unstuck with that huge hand. Not a hater at all.
