Ekam saravagatam brahma, bahir antar yatha ghate Nityam nirantaram brahma sarvabhuta gaNe thata. This is a verse from Ashtavakra Gita. It is a brilliant aspect what Swami has told in this lecture. Ashtavakra Geeta summarizes it all. This is perhaphs the best interpretation of Bhagavad Gita.

I cannot digest the concept of Karma.
@ksoldestaccount76543 жыл бұрын
@@briechilli4496 A tad unorganized but see if this student-journal helps you digest it: "Karma ... it's all causality but when something happens, good or bad, there's the tendency to immediately blame another object, internal or external, (like I "won competition because of my caliber" or I "got kicked out because of this evil manager" and to prevent that, because that will lead to further entrapment and blaming and indolence and rot, karma is there to say that no, there are many more factors that you can't account for, including materialistically the movement of air and the oxygen in blood and sparking in brain so it happens because it had to happen and my suffering is because of my clinging and not "leaving it to causality", as the tendency to blame leads to tendency of narrow sightedness BUT then there's the other tendency to take "causality" as another excuse of unstoppable force and say "I acted immorally because it had to happen" (though even that idea and indolence also has a cause), so karma says that the person is also included in scheme of things and then if I don't want to think deeply then it gives a simple "dharma-system" to easily follow for developing etc. The Karma Doctrine accounts for ALL causality. Moral, material.
