A couple of years ago I spent a week at this raw vegan community where Julia is right now and although they preached love and light on the outside there was a very angry and mean individual running the place and ruining everyone's experience. So I can totally relate to what Julia says about where war starts. My goal now is to have a peaceful relationship with my family, friends and neighbors. If everyone tried to bring peace to their inner circle the world would truly transform. ❤

I bought a plot of land in Spain and would purchase adaptive tree seedlings for agroforestry in the concept of syntropic farming. I wish us abundance and even greater purity and understanding in life.

Be careful with syntropic farming because it teaches us to prune the trees and if you wish us abundance, greater purity, and understanding of life, I think we have to respect the trees. Especially people who own the land where you can give all the freedom to these beautiful and highly intelligent creatures as trees who wish to grow tall and free in a peaceful environment without any violence as pruning.

I feel the balance and I feel that the trees like it, I am now putting this into practice in Ireland, if they are not pruned due to insufficient ventilation they begin to suffer from various diseases. But you need to have knowledge, a sense of beauty and arboreal wisdom to do this, this is real creativity in the moment. I like to make very neat cuts and heal all wounds. I feel the gratitude of the trees for this; they begin to breathe a new Spirit of life, and organic waste infects the soil with life, which stores the Water of Life. Don Bennett recommends DGB to compensate for a lifetime of nutrient deficient agricultural foods. That means a fruitarian diet is not enough to nourish an already deficient body.

My diet is 80-90% of fruit and 10-20 of raw nuts + every week of 42-66 hours of dry fasting, and every day my first juicy fruit meal is not before 12 p.m. and last one around 20.00 p.m. and it's more than enough regarding nutrition. Actually, I feel that I don't need as many nutrition elements especially if I eat nuts or avocados.. The problem and the fear are coming during the detox process which could last from 1-2 years up to 5-7-10... depending on the individual body, mind, and practical steps. Once the body removes at least 80% of rubbish, the fruit becomes a perfect element. I'm talking about my fruit-based experience from 2010 up to now

I've been fruit-based without greens for about 13 years now and I can say there is no need for greens. It is useful and needed at the first stage of the transition to a raw vegan diet, approx. the first 1-3 years, for the removal of heavy metals and other toxins, after that, there is no need for it, and there is no need for it regarding nutritional values. I could be wrong but these are my personal observations with my body. Besides this, nature itself tells me. Eating greens without any spices, or oils, or in salads, does not arouse any interest in me compared to the taste of mango, papaya, cherimoya, feijoa, etc. Secondly, I don’t want to interrupt the life cycle of plants, and by eating greens, I will have to do this, unlike fruits, which fully complete their life cycle, and this is one of the only foods on Earth in this sense. never thought of it like that…i think cars are like cages too. I sold my car and now ride a bike or walk. Its way easier to talk to other cyclists/people while i commute and more social than being trapped in a car. Forces me to get outside more. Cave life is inspiring, i just dont see the practicality of it in my city.
